The inside of the walls of this raised area should also be smoothed out. A fine safe-edge file will work. WebMar 22, 2011 · Install a lower tang. You can use rivets, or much easier, you can use small button-head, Allen headed machine screws and nuts to attach the tang. All that's needed for that is to cut a small notch in the stock socket to clear the rear screws nut.
